Baking: Spiced potato chips

 Wash your potatoes. Large elongated ones are best.
Put the chopped up potatoes in a bowl. Mix with 1T olive oil, and 1t of your favourite herbs and seasoning per potato. I used rubbed rosemary and paprika.
 Line them up on an oven tray. Mine got really crowded; maybe I should have used less potatoes. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, then 10 minutes on the other side.
Ta da! I just remembered, I have sour cream in the fridge as well.. Hmm.. :) Happy ANZAC day, guys!
