Only if I spent more time cooking in the kitchen, like I used to..
Back to healthy lifestyle from July, mainly because I want to look my best for my family and friends when I go visit them in a few weeks' time.
Healthy to go: Blueberry, yoghurt, milk, muesli smoothie.
Crêpes with marmalade and orange juice.
Crêpes with 1/2 C flour, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons of oil, mix until no lumps. Slowly add 3/4 C milk to a very thin mixture. Dollop of butter on a heated pan, pour in mixture.
